In this video, we will show you how to create the blue eyes effect from the White Walkers in the series "Game of Thrones" using Adobe After Effects. You can follow along with this video by downloading the exact footage used in this tutorial, or you may opt to shoot your own.

Once you have your footage, drag it into a new composition and change your screen resolution to full HD. Using your tracker, track the motion of your eyes from the end of your timeline. Zoom in and drag the tracker on top of the pupil, adjusting the size if needed. Track your motion backwards since you are at the end of the timeline.

Once your eyes are tracked, create a new full HD composition for your eye comp and then create a new solid layer for your fractal turbulent noise. To find the step-by-step tutorial, check out this video.
