Faking Cinematic Vertigo, Dolly Zoom, and Push Pull Effect with Premiere Pro
In this tutorial, we will show you how to create the vertigo effect in Adobe Premiere Pro. The vertigo effect is usually recorded using a zoom lens where you zoom into a subject while moving closer to it. If you don't have the equipment to record this effect but have footage you want to enhance with the vertigo effect, you can easily do it in Premiere Pro.
Before starting in Premiere Pro, try to record your footage at a high resolution. Once in Premiere Pro, select the entirety of your video footage and click on the stopwatch for the position and scale of your zoom. Ensure the zoom maintains the same kind of information from the last frame.
