In this tutorial, we will show you how to create text bubbles in Adobe Premiere Pro. You will learn how to make your text bubble pop up and scroll over your footage.

We will be doing this entirely within Premiere Pro, except for the text that you can create in Photoshop or another photo editing software. Alternatively, you can use Essential Graphics so you don't have to use Photoshop.

Use the source text from the Edit settings of Essential Graphics to type what you want to appear in your text bubbles. The text size will automatically update to fit the text bubble. You can also choose the bubble color and text color.
